Commission
The tasks of the commissions and committees are regulated in accordance with § 9 (1) and (2) of the Rules of Procedure of the Faculty Council:

The Faculty Council may form permanent or temporary commissions or committees to prepare decisions and resolutions. Their composition shall be such as to ensure a high level of competence. The members of the commissions and committees are confirmed by the Faculty Council. The chairman of a commission or committee must organise his or her work on the basis of the tasks of the Faculty Council and the existing laws and regulations. |

The commissions and committees decide on proposals to the Faculty Council. At the request of the faculty council, the commissions and committees must report on their activities. |
